<b>PARIS</b> Ségolène Royal, the unsuccessful presidential candidate, took Paris Match to court for breaching her privacy by publishing photographs of her in a swimsuit on a Corsican beach. The magazine ran pictures on its cover and inside pages of Ms Royal, 53, and her daughter Clemence, 21. “This is photographic harassment,” said Ms Royal, who is applying for an injunction to halt the sale of the magazine and remove its posters from news kiosks.
