World Briefing | Europe: Spain: ETA Blamed For Blast Outside Police StationTwo police officers were wounded by flying glass when a huge bomb exploded in the middle of the night outside a barracks in the Basque country town of Durango, in what is believed to be the first bombing by ETA separatist guerrillas since they ended a cease-fire in June. There was no prior warning nor any immediate claim of responsibility. This could have been a blood bath, a police spokesman said.
