Lebanon Captures 4 Sunni MilitantsBEIRUT, Lebanon, Sept. 15 (AP) Lebanese troops on Saturday captured the spokesman and three other militants of Fatah al-Islam, a Sunni extremist group that the army had driven out of a Palestinian refugee camp in northern Lebanon two weeks ago, a military spokesman said. Since defeating the movement after a three-month siege, Lebanese troops have combed areas around the refugee camp, Nahr al Bared, for militants who may have escaped on Sept. 2, when more than 30 militants were killed and two dozen detained. The Fatah al-Islam spokesman, Abu Salim Taha, was captured in Jabal Terbol, near the camp, the military said. A military spokesman, who insisted on anonymity because an official statement had not yet been issued, said Mr. Taha was a Palestinian-Syrian from a refugee camp in Syria.
