Friedman’s contrarian piece on what he calls the “myth” of midlife crisis. In fact, the syndrome shows up very clearly in the psychological instruments my firm routinely uses to evaluate and develop potential leaders. Yes, the midlife crisis is not as widespread as commonly believed.
