Bruno The Wandering Bear Ends Up Stuffed In Munich MuseumMUNICH Bruno, the wild bear who made headlines by wandering through the mountains of Germany for a month before being shot by government-sanctioned hunters in 2006, has been resurrected in stuffed form at a Munich museum. The two-year-old bear has been put in a diorama, breaking open beehives to steal honey. Bruno, the first wild bear to be seen in Germany since 1835, was part of a project to reintroduce bears in northern Italy. However, he wandered north, where he killed sheep and rabbits and broke into beehives, bringing protests from farmers and villagers.
